Sun Coast Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Jonathan Deputy. I was born in Jacksonville, NC - I have lived and traveled all over the world. I graduated from UNCW in 1994 and spent 12 years in the travel industry selling and operating Caribbean travel packages. I began investing in real estate in 2004 and got my license in 2006, making it my new career. Now, I enjoy providing vacation experiences that people will remember for a lifetime.  My wife Lisa, son Jonathan, and I like to go to the beach and travel.
